Sitting by the campfire the wind adjusts perfectly. Smoke goes up and away from your face. You’re safe to watch the flames lick the air. Comfortably watching the colorful dance before you, your body relaxes with time.
Work the Workout
The post-work out sweat helps the body cool down. The challenge within this work out was defeated. You feel the right amount of endorphin rush to remind you why this is important. You congratulate yourself for not being bested by any of it.

The candle lights the space softly. A shining flame dances in the curve of the spoon on the table. You’ve set the table for a lovely dinner. The anticipation is coursing through you. Notice the details. The flower in the vase, the shine and twinkle of light, the settings are perfectly arranged. Notice the rightness. All the energy that has gone into preparing for this night is paying off. The ambiance is perfect—time to enjoy.
Unadulterated Giggles
The laugh broke through the air and went skipping about. It was the start of something magical. The sweet giggle of true happiness can be heard if it is listened for. When it happens the laugh reaches the eyes of everyone who is captured by it. What better sound is there than that of a child’s joy?
Good Body Day
Strength, energy, motivation, it’s all there when you do your physical check-in. Not every day feels like this and that is okay. Today is the day to feel like a warrior. Tap into it. Breathe it. Breathe the confidence your body feels. Radiate it from every cell. Your whole person feels good.
Post-Storm Breather
The storm has passed. The sun had set and the night sky is a purple hue. What stands out, what grabs your attention as you look up, is the moon. Tonight there are colors saying hello and keeping watch. The prism visible by moom light catches and then holds you. Enjoy its magnificence.
Otterly Adorable
Watching the pair of otters, clearly planning out the next adventure or mischief. They can dance through the water and spin in each other’s hands. Paw in paw they float on and drift in the rise and fall of the waves. Look how they know it’s safe, hand-in-hand. I am here. I am with you.
Ceiling Lights
The bulb burned bright. The stars are all charged! Flip the switch and see the night sky within the room. A silly, wonderful ceiling of glow-in-the-dark stars. Sometimes having the universe in one’s bedroom is just that awe-some.
Quakie Trees
The breeze over the lake whistles through the trees at the shoreline. Quivering leaves tap playfully against each other. The air blowing around you makes you feel alive. Patter, patter, patter- magic through the invisible. Listen a little longer.
Merry Merry
Painted horses move up and down going in rounds quite like the music. The carousel has a joyful aire about it. Fun lights and light-hearted tunes are joined by laughs and smiles. Your hand finds the reins of your favorite and you go around again.
