My name is Cate-a-lin Minkler, Catie or Minks once you get to know me.

The past few years have had many reasons for us all to scream into the void. Recently, I made a shift, and I want to share that with you. Glimmers, rather than Triggers, are my focus. For years, I’ve had affirmations up around the house, reminders to myself to take it easy, and different attempts to make it through life – with better and better mental health. I’ve made it this far. Everyone has their stuff, and I like to share the tools I have with others.

This site and this community I am building is an extension of that.
