Sandy Toes
Wiggling your toes in the sand brings a giggle through your core. The sensation against your skin is light and comforting. The grains are smooth and fall gently around you. Slipping into the sand your feet find home. You’ve had great moments in sand like this and this moment is quickly becoming one of them.
Dancing Sunlight
The wind moving across the surface makes the light dance and sparkle. Pause for the moment. Look at the twinkles and sparks and shimmers. The water is playing, the wind is playing, the light is playing. The world is playing and you see it. How beautiful it is to see the sunlight dancing.
Shooting Stars
Within the deep blue-black sky above the glimmers and glittering points shine. Watching the lights and catching a shooting star. Focus on the excitement of the moving light! The wish that gets to be made. What a marvelous universe.
Connection while Connecting
While the airport whirls around you, there is a moment of connection with another person. Within the breath of a comment or a look or a conversation a connection was made. This place will be forever different because of the experience. Think back and smile on it.
Fresh Bread
Breathing deeply as the bread comes out of the oven, your lungs fill with the delicious scents. You’ve been teased with the warm aroma as the bread has been cooking. Now pulling it out when it is perfect fills you with appreciation and anticipation of the first bite.
Playing Together
The giggles that carry on the air from the group. Everyone’s chest vibrates with the giggles. The laughter and connection you get to see is a delight. It’s a good day with everyone smiling and bouncing together.
Liquid Soul
The drink is one you’ve been looking forward to (either all day or just since it hit your hand) and when it reaches your lips it’s ambrosia. The first sip races across the tongue. The flavor is just right. The temperature is spot on. It is a welcome treat to take care of the body.
No Alarm
No cause for alarm. No need for an alarm to be set. Noticing the refreshed feeling as your eyes open without prompting when your body is rested. While it is now time to get going with the day you’ve started with a rested feeling. You’ve started today on your terms.

New Sheets
The sheets had just been put on the bed. The reset feeling that comes with the first time you’re sliding into them slides over you as you slide in. Each pillow you want is in place and the temperature is just right. You pull the edges up, cozy down, and take a breath. All is right in that moment.
